Here's how to notify UCLA if you change your name, address, or other contact information.

• Visit www.uclalumni.net and you can update your own profile. Use the log-in box in the righthand column. If you have additional questions, contact (800) UCLAlumni (800-825-2586) or e-mail alumni@UCLAlumni.net
• Send updated information to biodata@support.ucla.edu or fax to Bio Data at (310) 794-3383. Include your name at graduation, year of graduation, and (if possible) student ID number. And please include a phone number so that we can reach you if we have questions.
