Assistant Vice Chancellor
University Communications increases awareness, understanding and
support of UCLA's vision, mission, and accomplishments among its
many constituencies. A major focus of this department is the formulation
and implementation of strategic communications initiatives and
plans that support a desired image and sets of perceptions of UCLA.
This department maintains the University'shome page and publishes UCLA
Magazine and UCLA Today (faculty/staff newspaper), in addition to
coordinating media and public relations functions for the academic and administrative
leadership of the campus.
